The Problem:

The Miami based, real estate company, Fortune International Realty needed to re-design its Listing Presentation. Their current version was corporate and formal. It focused on the company’s history and achievements and it failed to touch on the client’s pain points and to answer the client’s main question: “how are you going to sell my property?”

The Strategy:

My objective was to design a piece that talked to the client. Visually, it needed to be elegant and feel more like a modern Miami lifestyle magazine than a Power Point business presentation.

I worked hand in hand with the director of marketing and copywriter in creating a content outline. We made sure we covered our target audience’s pain points and highlighted the company’s strengths.

We changed the tone and language from distant and pompous to simple and clear and we addressed the client directly, consciously using the word “you”.

The Results:

The new, more concise content, allowed for a cleaner design. The final piece is elegant and functional and most importantly, it inspires trust.

The new listing presentation has become a strong selling tool for the company and the agents.
