The Problem:

Doug Kinsley is a realtor in Miami, specializing in luxury waterfront properties. He’s been in business for years but with increasing competition in the area, Doug felt his market share was at risk.

He wanted to strengthen the relationship with the residents of his target areas revamping his direct mail marketing.

The Strategy:

We redefined the content of his direct mail piece. We worked on a less-is-more approach with more valuable content and more specific market data for each area that he was targeting.

We also included an introductory personal note addressing his audience, which was segmented for better personalization.

The Results

We launched Doug’s direct mail campaign in 2019, which led to meetings in the three targeted areas, doubling his listings compared to the year before.

After we launched the campaign, Doug felt meetings with clients were smoother because they were ready to sign with him right from the start.
