The problem:
Create an email newsletter that would engage the company’s sales agents and motivate them to use it in their own email marketing efforts. Since real estate marketing in Miami is aesthetically very compelling, we had to grab their attention first through visuals and then through content.
The Strategy:
I worked with the Marketing Director on creating content that was less self-promotional and more valuable to our audience. We called it “The Teller”
For the header section we relied on beautiful photography and added a touch of inspiration with an uplifting and genuine quote about Miami’s lifestyle.

The Results:
The Teller has become a successful publication within the company. Agents count on it every month for their own email marketing campaigns.
They also requested a version of the newsletter that they could post on their social media channels and even distribute through WhatsApp to their contacts. For that we split it into pieces that they could use independently as bite-sized content.
